With PPC, results are instantaneous and dependent on the allotted budget that you provide. Once the budget runs out, the sponsored listings will no longer show.

No dangerous tactics will be used in the positioning of your website. It is important to look at the long term focus of your marketing campaign, and no quick tricks will be used to increase your rankings in the search engines that will cause your website to be banned.
